Pumpkin Patch - October 25th, 2008

The past 2 years we've gone with my sister Rachel and her family to their favorite pumpkin patch in Orange County, but this year I went online to see if we could find one closer to home and whadduya know I find that there's one right here in Apple Valley a few miles down the road! Right before Drex's last soccer game of the season we took the kids there and came back after the game to take a ride on the ponies. Papa came with us and we had lots of fun getting lost in the corn maze, petting the goats and taking a tour of the farm on their little train ride. Later that day we went and picked out some pumpkins too. It was a really cute farm and we had a fun day together!

We got lost and felt like we were going in circles! We couldn't find the exit and ended up getting out through the entrance!! Papa & Libby After walking for what seemed like forever in the corn maze, we sat down for a ride in the little train that took us on a tour of their farm, it was 6 little train cars being pulled by a 4-wheelerPapa & Libby rode togetherThe boys were excited about riding the ponies, but we found out that Libby wanted nothing to do with it. We tried to put her on the pony and she let us know that that was not happening!!
